MMM Monday -- Art Deco

Art Deco really floats my boat. I don't know why. I just love the lines, the elegance, the craftsmanship.
If I could, I'd build or renovate a house in this style and fill it with furnishings like these.

    Thanks for plugging my blog on your Art Deco post today. I, of course, love Art Deco as well. I especially like the radio (and matching promotional cigarette box)in the picture you posted. I know the man who owns them he brought out a book of bakelite radios a few years ago. he has stunning collection although I haven't seen them in person just from his book and a presentation he did in Melbourne in 2007.

    Also thanks for listing me under you Cool Chicks links. I think it is a compliment. :-)
